This magazine layout was the first project I completed in the class and my first real experience working in Adobe InDesign. Since the copy and images were provided, the focus was on learning layout, hierarchy, and consistency rather than creating content from scratch. I was still getting used to building grids, applying paragraph and character styles, and managing multi-page spreads, which made this a big learning curve. This project represents a starting point for me — figuring out how to balance text and images, make intentional design decisions, and become more comfortable using InDesign as a design tool.
