Hey guys, I’m Amelia! I’m a Creative Media Advertising student at Indiana University with a passion for graphic design and visual storytelling. My design journey started during my senior year of high school when I signed up for a graphic design class simply because my friend was taking it, and I figured three hours of class couldn’t be too bad. Little did I know, I’d completely fall in love with design.
I quickly became known as the “Canva Queen” before expanding my skills and diving into the Adobe Creative Suite. When I started college, I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted to pursue professionally. After exploring different paths, I realized I wanted to build a career around something I genuinely enjoyed: design.
I found the Media School at IU, where I discovered the perfect combination of creativity, strategy, and hands-on experience. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to design for higher education, marketing, social media, and more, all while continuing to grow as a designer.
I’m graduating in December 2026 and am currently looking for a full-time position in media where I can bring my creativity, curiosity, and love for visual storytelling to a team.
